"I chose to work with Good Times Multi-Sport because of the mission of making summer camps fun and providing a personable approach to get to know each child. As well, having lots of summer camp and kids experience, I wanted to lead a team and this role is a great opportunity to be able to do this!"

About Makalya: Makayla is a varsity athlete with the University of Calgary Dinos Women’s Rugby team. She is currently finishing her third year at U of C, pursuing a degree in Law & Society.
Makalya has extensive experience working with kids - including both coaching roles & summer camps!
Favourite Sports Team: the Fijian rugby sevens team, they are so creative and they are extremely entertaining to watch.
Favourite Food: anything Mexican!

Interesting Fact: Makayla created & implemented a mentorship program for first-year U of C rugby athletes on her team!

Melissa believes that sports should be fun! And that the best way to develop a life-long love for sports is to fall in love with the game (or games!)
As a Mom to two kids, she is always looking for fun summer adventures for her kids. Good Times MultiSport was born out of a desire to provide fun summer experiences for kids, right in their own neighbourhoods, where kids can play (and fall in love with) all kinds of sports!

Favourite Sports Team: Cavalry FC ... I love taking in the local games with my family!
Favourite Food: It's a tie between sushi or mexican!

We are also excited to share the rest of our staff (Sports Coaches & Team Coaches) with you before your child's week of camp kicks off!
